A little late posting this review as moved to new house and only just installed internet.Premier was outstanding considering it was a very last minute booking...the night before our move. Everthing went brilliantly. The crew were outstanding in ensuring a very professional move.for us. They all went over and above in the service they gave, along with putting our minds at ease. They were all very pleasant extremely helpful, and very easy to get on with. An excellent company with very friendly staff. James was very helpful when he came to give us a quote and put our minds at rest how furniture, clothing and fragile items would be covered and packed.Rocky and his team are a credit to the company as they were so friendly and polite and took great care of our belongings, both on removal and when placing into our new home. We cannot thank them enough for making what we thought would be a stressful day, go with ease. Moving everything into our new home was a breeze and they were so considerate in where we wanted things placed and they even laid out garden table, seats and tubs etc with care and thought.I would recommend Premier to anyone in the future.

I chose not to us Premier for our move, and therefore I cannot rate the quality of the removal service. However, the response to my enquiry was very professional and friendly, and it was convenient to complete the survey via WhatsApp. The quotation was competitively priced and came with a high standard of information. But I had already given my word to another mover that contacted me with the quote the evening before and I chose to honour this arrangement.For sure I will come directly to Premier when I require removal services in future as they were head and shoulders above many of the companies I contacted in regard to the customer service and level of professionalism.
