When should I book my removal?

The more advance notice you can give, the more likely we will be available on your required dates.
From 2 weeks notice is preferable. We can pencil you in on the calendar however that does not guarantee
you the day. We operate on a 1st come 1st served basis so until we recieve a deposit of £45 your day is
not secure.

How do I arrange a quote?

We can provide quotes either over the phone, via our on-line quote form, facetime call or by a home
visit by our assessor.

What time should I expect the vehicle on removal day?

Unless arranged otherwise a vehicle will arrive in the morning between 8am and 9am of your removal day.
We will contact you the day before to confirm times, we will also call you when we are leaving the depot
to let you know that we are on our way. If we encounter any delays on the journey we will keep you informed.

What do I need to do before removal day?

If you have not arranged for a full packing service, it would be most helpful if you could complete the
following pre-move preparations:
Chest of draws, wardrobes, cupboards etc. should be emptied.
If possible, save an adequate parking space.
All electrical appliances and white goods should be disconnected before our arrival.

What items can I NOT move with Premier?

We are unable to move the following items due to legal and heath and safety reasons:
Gas bottles, paints, fireworks, toxins or poisons, medication, any items made from animals on the
endangered species list, any illegal goods.

How do I pay for my removals or storage?

Bank transfer or card payment over the phone, funds will have to be cleared 7 days before the day of
your move. Storage payments are invoiced at the beginning of every month.
All storage must be paid for in full before the day of delivery.
